SHIPPING POLICY
All wine orders must be placed by and shipped to a person 21 years of age or older, and carriers only deliver to a physical address (no PO boxes). Verification of age may be required at the time of delivery. Our default carrier is UPS.
We can ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI, WY. We collect sales tax based on requirements and rates dictated by your ship-to state.
Processing and transport time from the date your order is received to delivery varies depending upon ship-to address, weather conditions en route between us and you, and seasonal spikes in shipping volume out of our fulfillment warehouse. (As well, as of 2020, ongoing pandemic dynamics may cause shipping delays.)
If weather is not a factor, orders typically ship within 36 business hours of receipt. Once your wine is transferred to the carrier you will receive tracking details by email (note: tracking is activated by the carrier once your wine is en route to you). If you have questions or your order needs special attention, you may reply to your order confirmation email for assistance.
RETURNS
Successful wine delivery is collaborative; we rely on the details you provide at the time you place your order as well as your timely follow-up should any issues arise after you’ve received your tracking information. If your wine is returned to us after three failed delivery attempts we will absorb the return transit cost but you may incur an additional charge to have your wine re-shipped.
